VS Code: Disable Ctrl Right / Only Right from code completion #78

Open Dreathorian opened 4 months ago

Dreathorian commented 4 months ago

For whatever reason ctrl + → does accept auto complete and i hate it because i actually just want to get to the right, same with regular →

There isn't an option in the keyboard shortcuts. Does anyone have the same issue? or does know how to fix it?

Same here. I love supermaven but I use these shortcuts hundreds of times a day and there's no way to disable this. This setting alone is probably going to cause me to ditch the extension because every time I navigate through words it automatically accepts random unrelated AI suggestions, so I have to either slow down by a factor of 2-3x and use my mouse every time I'm typing, or uninstall, and it's an easy choice.

Please @ me if this ever changes 😄

@justingolden21 @Dreathorian is this happening only in VSCode or also in NeoVim?

Dreathorian commented 2 months ago

oh it seemed to be keymap in vscode, i dont know how it got there, but i found it when look for arrow right

justingolden21 commented 2 months ago

I just use VSCode

AlejandroSuero commented 2 months ago

@justingolden21 then maybe @Dreathorian can help you with the keymaps there, I don't have VSCode in my machine.

That would be appreciated. This shortcut works fine in VS code without supermaven as well as in nearly every other text editor I use; it's only when I have supermaven that it completes the line, so for that reason I believe it wouldn't be on vs code.
