Add a template to all the repositories SMA users might contribute to (that's everything in the Coding SMA and Web teams, and in the Documentation team).
This will help users to create more qualitative feedback. Try to draw information from past issues and what information was missing (e.g. users forgot to attach the related file, didn't provide the context for their issue, etc.), and to anticipate what additional information might be useful to resolving future issues.
