option to import a PDF as a concept, create a sub-PDF as a concept #100

Concepts are important for Neural Review. PDFs often end up being books. Books often end up being big reference works. So books themselves or even chapters or extracts themselves lend themselves to be exccelent concepts. (e.g. the definitions for a "field", a "monoid" or an "abelian group" in a book about "discrete structures" under the chapter "algebraic structures").

As another example I have the book "The Mind Illuminated" filed under the concept of "Meditation". Should I later review the history of Buddhism and the topic of "Pragmatic Dharma" should come up, I certainly would want to create a concept-link to "The Mind Illuminated". In "The Mind Illuminated" there's some appendices: Appendix A: Walking Meditation Appendix B: Analytical Meditation Appendix C: Loving-Kindness/Metta Meditation Appendix D: The Jhānas Appendix E: Mindful Review Appendix F: Insight and the “Dark Night” Each of those is an obvious candidate for being a concept for later connection to Neural Review. It's very situational whether a sub-PDF or (perhaps even an extract) should be a concept or not.

For example if I have a concept for Pragmatic Dharma already and then would add "The Mind Illuminated", I'd want the book to stay a topic, and connect it to "Pragmatic Dharma". If I already had a concept for "Metta Meditation" or "Jhanas", I'd want the respective appendices stay topics as well and connect them to those concepts instead. It's not so much about important to have the perfect hierarchy here, as it is to be able to quickly connect ideas without having to go back and forth within the Knowledge Tree to make it work well with Neural Review. So it would be great if there could be an extra shortcut for importing a PDF as a Concept, creating a sub-PDF as a Concept (even without the parent PDF necessarily being one itself) and extracting from a PDF as a Concept.

Or instead of an extra shortcut, a toggle to always important a book as a concept?
