Description

Whenever X-ing out any collection in the SuperMemo assistant launcher - SuperMemo Assistant crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Launcher
Click the red X next to any collection.
SMA freezes up and eventually exits.
The collection is not removed from the list.

Expected behavior

I assumed the collection would be removed from the launcher.

Environment (fill where applicable)

Version: SMA 2.0.3.435
SM Version: 18.04
OS: Windows 10 64bit
OS Language: English (US)
