Since final drill reps don't effect intervals, you could export them and do them on phone completely independent of normal reps. You'd only need one-way sync. The only downside would be that you can't reformulate cards. It would likely work best for language cards anyways though, which should generally not require as much editing as IR cards.
It would be nice if a full-featured app could be made for doing reps and more on the go but that would likely take much more work on the above. I'm not sure if there's much SMA could do for it but I'm wondering if SMA could help make the TeamViewer/remote desktop SM experience better.
