Load YouTube Extracts Using react-player

Introduce a set of scripts which can be hosted locally, allowing SM to use the react-player for greater stability and extensibility.

• Load the standalone react player
• Fix a timer duplication bug which causes SuperMemo to hang when short clips are repeated
• Reduce minimum clip length from 2.5s to 1s
• Fix bug where clips stop repeating
• Add a debug console element
• All buttons are supported
• WIP: Resume, Test and play buttons no longer automatically play videos
