[x] refactoring of problem enum to reduce redundant code (1 hour)
[x] read yaml to get attributes and generate levels (1 hour)
[x] implement filter feature by category (2 hours)

[x] postman validation (1 hour)

TODO:

[ ] add more FRQs
[ ] implement partial scoring for the existing FRQs
[ ] make md files for description instead of saving on frontend
