click on the '?' icon, on the top of a setting tab. then click on the green button to change the color.
This helps, thank you, but at least for me, it's not enough. I would like to change the background color as well as the font-size.
You can use the black theme in macos... Background color is taken from the os.
I tried to use the slicer in version 2.3.56.9 on a Mac using the bright theme. I failed, because I was unable to read the menu items in light green on white with font-size of guessed 10pt. Yes, I am a bit handicapped, but this combination is far away from ergonomic design. And therefor, I think it's a bug and not a feature request. ;-)
It would be great, if I could simply switch to a high contrast mode.
