First layer travel speed & acceleration #2204

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The first layer print speed and acceleration is not applied to travel moves. For prints with small details in the first layer (for example the 3DBenchy) the normal (high) travel speed causes adhesion issues for the first layer for me. In Cura, where I can set the first layer travel speed lower, I've never had these issues.

Describe the solution you'd like Either an option to override travel speed and acceleration for the first layer (like Cura), or the first layer speed override to be applied to travel moves as well.
