Create a new slicing mode. It slice the 3D model, but instead of creating polygons, it creates polylines. These polylines are used to create perimeters, following them in the center.

Originally posted by **gratefulfrog** June 11, 2021 Hello, I am trying to print RC plane profiles on a Voron 2.4. The requirement is currently defined in terms of Cura's "Surface mode" cf. This page [PlanePrint printing](https://www.planeprint.com/print) Could anyone tell me if an equivalent setup is possible with Superslicer? I know that Ideamaker, also a prusaslicer fork, now offers Surface mode in the current beta release, but I am not sure how to set up a Voron 2.4 profile in ideamaker. I realize that this question is really far out there, and I am sorry to be such a noobie... Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks, Bob
