a friend of mine found this bug.
looks like it's been around for a while as it still exists in 2.4.58.5
expecting the top/bottom layers to be solid infill, but they get labeled as internal_bridge_infill
resulting in extrusion issues since width is too small.
only happens when bridge_type is set to layer_height
