slicer keeps blowing up the scale size 100%

What OS are you using, and state any version #s Windows 10 (build 19045), 64-bit edition

Behavior

Describe the problem when slicng it blows up the part to over 100% stock size
Steps needed to reproduce the problem import part and slice
Expected Results 1 to 1 scale
Actual Results 1 to 100 scale

Project File (.3MF) where problem occurs

Upload a Project File (.3MF) Plater -> Save Project as... You have to zip it (or rename it to .zip) to be able to drag& drop it here Ender_5_X_Stepper_Cover_Chain_Guide.zip

In the filament preset the shrinkage value is set to 10%, which scales the object by a factor of 10 (= 100% / 10%) in the xy-plane.
