Profile Inheritance: `inherits = Make Presets Great Again`

I filed few preset-related issues with PrusaSlicer, not sure if there is any interest over there:

I also noticed an old pending preset-related feature request here in the SuperSlicer:

Finally, I looked at cpp source for the presets/parsing, and that looks unmaintainable.

Nonetheless, I am curious if there is any interest or any hope to "Make Presets Great Again" in SuperSlicer?

Not in the short or medium term. I have many more things to improve in priority.
