Update Schematic for rpi pico w #1

Update old schematic with non replaced with symbol raspberry pi pico, which runs on 3.3V instead of 5V.

Available Pins

we need to use GP4, GP5 (for i2c), GP16-GP21 (ili), and GP10-15 (spi1)

Outward-Facing Connectors

20V input (3.3V distributed to board, 10V to op-amp)
20V output
BPM control-voltage 0-10V
force sensor
optical sensor pins
i2c (pins GP4, GP5, 3v3 and GND)

Internal

GP16-21 for ILI9341 display (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004226615977.html)
GP10-14 for ILI9341 sd card reader
pwm output to opamp (all pico GP pins have pwm)
EC11 rotary encoder (any available pins)
3 buttons (2 https://www.digikey.ca/en/products/detail/e-switch/LP11OA1TCSYY/4028417 and one https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/e-switch/LP11EE1NCSYG/9771935)
