Following the datasheet, adding Schottky diode 'D' should fix this
Someone just needs to spec the correct Schottky diode based on the voltages here
(From pg 21 of pi pico datashewet https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/pico/pico-datasheet.pdf)
Power PI Pico with 5V makes it output on VSYS and powers the entire 20V trace with 5V.
As a result, the 20V LED turns on the pico is receiving power from the microUSB cable, even when there is no 20V supply going into the board.
Could add a diode or something here (suggested by @JamesZhZhang )
