Updates the following:

Adds 2nd thermocouple for Urban, for Motor Controller
Changes accuracy of battery current to 1 decimal point only
Updates BMS request interval to 25ms (11 requests, so this will be roughly 4 times a second)
Changes name of BMS to TinyBMS everywhere due to new BMS incoming
