Note that 2020.10 is not officially released yet, so this PR upgrades to -rc4. Might want to wait until 2020.10 is officially released before pulling.

@superna9999 v2020.10 is now released, patch updated to use the SHA1 for the v2020.10 tag. I also dropped the AXG patch which no longer applies to this version.
