Can't email the current url playing in a playlist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading viral player with a playlist
2. Select a clip other than the first one, and click the Email button
3. Enter email address, it then opens a new Outlook email to be sent.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the URL of the current clip (I set the pageUrl for each clip in the 
playlist)

Actual: the URL is always the pageUrl of the first clip.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flow player: 3.2.10
viral: 3.2.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for the report, it will now get the custom page url on form submission 
properly.

Thanks a lot, by the way, when I set template property for the email, is there 
a way to pass custom value other than {0},{1},and {2}, like{myValue}; and what 
is the usage of {2}, I couldn't figure it out from the description.
