Flowplayer live playlist using rtmp plugin audio problem (sometimes works, sometimes not)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start live playlist using rtmp streaming with start param set to some value

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video and audio start from specified start position

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried flowplayer versions from 3.2.8 - 3.2.11, with rtmp from 3.2.3 - 3.2.10, 
always same result.
Same on all browsers and operating systems

Please provide any additional information below.
On any subsequent seek in the player the missing audio reappears, and from then 
works perfectly.
Seems to be only the initial start of the audio when there is an initial skip 
requested with start parameter.

1. Your example does not use proper embed code:
"playerId":"fp_76686443"
playerId is only implemented by the api

2. Cannot reproduce even with your sample
