audio: onStart event not fired when clip.url same as previous clip.url #575

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set up an audio clip and configure debug: true
2. start playback
3. $f().play(); or replay

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: onStart is fired on play() or replay
Instead: onStart does not fire

added back in doesnt seem to affect anything.
