This adds support for reading additional SSH public keys from Github if the user has a github_id defined in the cludod config.

Fixes #47

@tammersaleh Just got this all this logic working (and live tested by using cludo with a key I only have in github). I'll make a few more commits based on your feedback tomorrow.
