"Killed" on panther #99

At 70 genomes and 109GB of graph data

Not sure why, just got the output Killed from Snakemake

The incorrect memory profiling bit in our Snakefile was reading the memory as 91GB - I wonder if there's some where thing going on since lmdb pretends that the entire db is in memory and we're getting killed as a result (panther has 94.4GB or real memory)
