[feature] followers-only boostable toots #473

followers only posts that your followers can still click the boost button on and boost the post back to your timeline or the timelines of any other accounts who can see the original post. Basically a cross between unlisted and followers only posts. Seems feasible within activitypub but will need a bit more research + client implementation
