[feature] Migrate from Pleroma

Is your feature request related to a problem ?

I have been running a Pleroma instance for a few years. I would very much like to switch to to gotosocial but I don't want to lose all the folks following me (again), nor my historical toots.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Akin to #128 it would be great (although I'm aware this is a non-trivial task) if there was a way to migrate from Pleroma to gotosocial.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

There are few alternative options:

• Just switch and build up Fediverse presence again
• Switch and import list of followers
• An alternative approach that would not actually need to be part of gotosocial would be to create a static archive of all statues posted so that links continue to work but otherwise set up anew. If there was some way to avoid losing followers in this approach it would be kind of ideal as it greatly lowers the scope.
• Perhaps if Pleroma supported the Move activity (looks like it does) I could use that to migrate followers and then do the static archive idea above.

Thanks for opening this! We have an issue open for the Move activity currently -- https://github.com/superseriousbusiness/gotosocial/issues/130 -- but we haven't really put much time in it yet because we're still in Alpha :D However, once we're moving towards beta we'll start gathering resources (including this issue) for supporting Move and also for seeing if we can scope some kind of db migration path. For now I tagged it with Future Tech because it's not something we're gonna do immediately, but are interested in doing in future :)
