Invite flow is broken now #106

With the new backend changes, invites don't work anymore. Should QA and go through it so that we can go over it tomorrow

QA results:

Blocker

Deeplink doesn't work anymore

Real bad

Gold user is stuck at code entry area
POST to /promoter doesn’t work
No notification when you get in
Silver invite spins forever and has no background image

Pretty bad

Code is long and weird looking
If invite code isn’t filled in already, tapping the link doesn’t fill it in
Gender resets when you cancel from vip code
Code should be printed in plain text in the email/message
There’s no way to automatically activate people without the command line

Kk the only things we maybe should do are:

code should be printed in plain text in the email/message
code is long and weird looking

The rest is fixed
