Feature : Dropdown list for range & malus on Shoot #104

At least for the Shoot skill, could it be possible, when PC or NPC click on "rifle" (any range weapon) to have, in addition of the windows with the 3 fields, have a dropdown list with the different range modification ?

It will of course add automatic malus to the skill level

I am reworking the rolls and roll-window. I'll see if it doesn't bloat that too much
