fix: inaccurate text references in nodejs snippets

Summary of change

On this page (https://supertokens.com/docs/passwordless/common-customizations/get-user-info#fetching-information-using-the-users-email), fixed text references to getUserByEmail, getUserById in text around node-related snippets since those are not being used in the code snippets.

I used COPY SECTION since there was a lot of duplication among all recipes, which I believe made this slip by.
