chore: Export all recipes as separate bundles so that combinations of them can be used in plain html #26

Summary

Upgrades to webpack 5 (this lets us configure the output bundles the way we wanted to)
Adds separate bundles for supertokens and all individual recipes
Changes the package.json pack script to use the --mode-production flag (this replaces the -p flag in webpack 5)
