For issue #19 Migration guide:

supertokens-website/axios => supertokens-website
makeSuper => addAxiosInterceptors
For using with script tag, supertokens.axios.* | supertokens.fetch.* => supertokens.*
Removal of non-interceptor methods
Removal of viaInterceptors from the init function
