Bump version to 8.2.2 and add FDI 1.9 to supported FDI versions

Summary of change

Adds 1.9 FDI version to supported FDI versions (in frontendDriverInterfaceSupported.json and version.ts), and bumps package version to 8.2.2

No tests needed as there is no change in code
