Crash in TSB with rubber ball #301

With debug mode enabled it is possible to receive rubber ball in Three Strikes Battle, but an attempt to use it makes stk crash (it's logical as TSB differs from usual race a lot). Setting this to 'trivial' and to milestone 'later' as this crash can't hurt usual players.
