configure missing in tar ball #556

When doing make dist, it will only include configure.ac, not configure. This should be included.

Author: hikerstk Or even completely remove autotools in the tar ball.

For people using it it's not obvious that cmake is available.

Author: hikerstk Postponing, not a release blocker, though if we can get full cmake in 0.8.1 it can be removed before.
