added effect of "swatter" on animation object #721

excuse me, STK team

i want tell my idea, about added effect on animation object. if fort magma have cannon, that's have effect: explosive can for farm track have wood barrel, added effect from swatter so some kart move forward will be squash-down + speed become slow.
