Too much bots for toplist #814

Currently STK allows 18 opponents. Sadly this number is to big and during the race the opponent list at the OSD does only dislay the very first players, but not all that take part at the current race. But after the race, the toplist scales well.

I use STK at 1376x786px.

Author: deveee In 800x600 resolution I have displayed the same number of oponents as in 1280x1024. So it is scaled correctly.

All karts aren't displayed in the left edge of screen, but it's not really a bug. STK displays first few karts and it is intentional to avoid a mess on the screen.

I leave this issue with minor priority. Perhaps someone has better solution for race gui.
