Several (featured) add-on tracks aren't compatible anymore with the SVN trunk #1001

ERROR: no valid starting position for kart 0 on track addon_on-an-iceberg.

Noticed for "On an iceberg" and "The Parking". It's quite possible that more add-ons suffer from this game-breaking problem.

Author: auria the iceberg is now fixed and works correctly.

On The Parkin, however, it gives :

[  ](warn) physics: Kart at (-9.903986 27.662800 -28.319239) is too high above ground at (-9.903986 1.739687 -28.319239)
[ ](error) World: No valid starting position for kart 0 on track addon_the-parking.

Author: auria since the parking track is an issue caused by invalid drivelines, I will consider this ticket fixed
