Overworld splatmap inefficiency

• overworld's splat map is far too big: 128x128 produces the exact same result with much less vram use
• it's duplicated for no reason (splat.png is identical to splat2.png)

Author: auria I agree this is totally silly, but the duplication is a stupid trick that was used : some polygons use the first texture, some polygons use the second texture; and in the colors don't mean the same thing in both textures. In short this was done to be able to use more textures than we have colors for. This is definitely in need of a better solution though.
