Options screen tooltips don't work in fullscreen mode (mouse hover seems to be not detected at all?)

Author: auria Setting to minor because on OSX I ship my own binary of irrlicht anyway, which has all needed patches. This ticket is just a reminder to kick irrlicht devs if my patch doesn't get merged
