It would be great to be able to place sound emitters on tracks : hear water when near a river, hear moos when going near the cow in farm, etc...

What's needed to do : 1) add support in exporter/blender panel 2) allow attaching sounds to moving objects 3) allow defining per-track sound effects, atm only sounds from /data/sfx can be used
