Windows version can not switch between the two Chinese translations #168

As reported in the forum by acme_pjz: In SuperTuxKart I can't change the language to zh_TW, when I double click "zh_TW" the language is still zh_CN :| In order to test the translation, I have to manually backup zh_CN.po and copy zh_TW.po to zh_CN.po ... Is it a bug?

Verified that it works correctly in Linux, but not on Windows.

Author: hikerstk Fixed in r8337/8341 (on 0.7.1) and r8345 on trunk.
