when going back to kart selection screen from further menus, all previously entered player/kart info is lost

Author: hikerstk Postponing till 0.8. Not even sure if this is worth fixing: Since going further from the kart selection screen means selecting a kart anyway (and the last selected kart is selected by default), I don't see this as a problem at all.

Author: auria Joerg, while I agree with you postponing it, just for the record I want to mention that this ticket was about multiplayer mode - in multiplayer mode all players would need to select their kart again
