Author: auria r8433 features complete support for smoothly resized GUI icons, IF the patch from the irrlicht tracker (see URL above) is applied

Author: auria The patch has been applied. I have updated the OSX dependency package; now the Windows dep package should be updated, and probably we should update the revision number we recommend (at this time I use irrlicht 3691)
