Info bar should fit window/screen size

The info bar should make use of the entire screen width, moving the language selector to the left and using the rest for text.

Author: qubodup In that case (move to options) I recommend having a pop-up on first run which allows you to set language (or confirm default english) - for people who just downloaded and are so bad at english that they have problems slecting it.

Author: auria On the first run, SuperTuxKart will run in the same language as the user's OS; so I hope the user is running their system in a language they understand :)

but in worst case I guess it's something we could do. But I'd rather avoid bugging the user too much on first launch, we already have a popup to authorize connecting to the net
