Missing Vietnamese character #388

But I think '' character is still missing. eg: I translate 't' but it appears 't'...

notice the direction of the accent

Author: auria Turns out there was an invalid character in the wqyMicroHei font.

Since the bug tracker of the original font contains more spam that actual reports, I figured it was little use in reporting a bug upstream. So in r9748 I just committed a manual fix to the font. Joerg, when you regenerate the font, we need to check the character is now OK
