Arrow keys for main menu control behave unexpectedly

The arrow keys control in the main menu do not work as expected by me as a user. It seems, the horizontal position of the selected item is saved for each row seperately. Example:

• move down to the second row and navigate e.g. to the last item "quit"
• if you move up again, you won't be at the item above, for "quit" this should be "extensions", but you'll be at the item, where you started from (if you just started the application, it will be "Single Player")

This works the same kind for both rows and any column; if you change the row and change back, you'll be in the column where you left the row, no matter if you changed the column during navigating in the other row.
