Karts near an explosion hould be pushed aside #523

A lot of times when I'm near a kart who drives straight into a bowling ball I get caught in the explosion aswell. I think it would be better if all karts around the explosion just get pushed to the sides instead of what happens now.

Author: hikerstk Fixed a while ago, bowling ball now only affects the player hit directly.
