Compability for codeblocks IDE #919

Compile and run STK on Codeblocks IDE by providing correctly linked directories and paths. Current Codeblocks project workspace (src -> ide -> codeblocks) is outdated and the paths are broken. Will have to fix this in-order to build and run STK on Codeblocks.

Author: hikerstk OK, applied in r12672.

Note that I could not test this. Also we can (most likely) not include the libraries you've added (libwinmm.a and libw2_32.a) to the dependency package, since afaik those are from Microsoft.

Auria, you did a non VS build on windows - do you know if you needed these libs,?

Author: auria Closing this ticket as outdated, we no longer manually maintain IDE projects and now rely on CMake to generate them
