With weights list tuned for a given number of kart incoming, and since there are a number of gameplay differences between normal race and FTL anyway, FTL should get its own weights list.

For the sake of properly documenting resolved issues - this was fixed in hiker's commit https://github.com/supertuxkart/stk-code/commit/5207e9a38bf2b0ea6e8cc2fd8e1d5e1bc73cf901 that was cherry-picking my code.
