Metallic objects are too dark in kart selection screen #3835

See e.g. Tux's tailpipes and engine. I actually had to reduce their metallic value from 100% to make them not be too dark. I suspect the kart selection screen has a black "skybox" that is reflected by metallic objects.

Already fixed in the latest shader, but would be published with the new engine in 2.0
