Throttle slows down while being held... #4880

When holding the throttle, my character will speed up as normal from a stop but then while holding the throttle the character just slows down to a halt as if you just let go of the throttle. Is there a way to show someone my config file? If so, where is it and what's the file name? Using Win 10 Pro.

V 1.4

System: Intel

Graphics card: Nvidia RTX 3090

CPU: Intel

Gamepads/keyboards models if related to the issue: XBox One X wireless and tried a wired controller. Also tried a GameSir Pro.

are you using gamepad? make sure there is no duplicated binding, or you can try rebind to other keys and see if it works better.

This happens to me in splitscreen multiplayer when player A pauses and resumes the game, while player B holds down wiimote throttle.
