android: tracks/cards unlocked #5050

Hi

In the android version all tracks/cards are unlocked without doing anything, while in windows they are locked.

For the longest time, Android didn't have all tracks because of package size limitations, which would have caused issues to complete Story Mode if the tracks were locked.

Is it possible to let the android version download the tracks after installing the package automatically (just like the other tracks we can download)? Then we can have all tracks on android too and they can be locked again.
